1. Bachelors degree in a business related field; MBA is highly desirable
2. At least 5 year experience in a sales management capacity in the automobiles industry.
3. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
4. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
5. Previous customer service experience in 5 star hotels is highly preferred.
