CV Writing (job seekers) For whom : Anyone that is looking for a job, or will be looking for a job at some time. Way of working : We will actually work with the materials (CV and job application) of the trainee. Following some theories and sharing of practical information, every trainee will receive feedback on his/her CV and will be capable of writing a perfect CV after the training. A CV that simply cannot be rejected when applying for the right job) 2. Interview training For whom : HR, Recruiters, CEO’s, anyone involved in the recruitment process in a company. Duration : 1 day Way of working : The training has a very practical approach. After sharing some theoretical and practical knowledge about (the questions to use in) the interview, much time will be spend on actual role playing with feedback from the trainer and the other trainees. Crucial are the kind of questions to ask. Asking the right questions will give you a true and reliable picture of the suitability of the candidate for the position.
